&lt;p&gt;Let em add that, speaking up or out about issues, labels you as a trouble maker, and it pays to see your managers -or the whole company- as a dollar sign ($) and no more. So sure, things are great...I say in my mind, until it collapse on your head..&lt;/p&gt;</description>
